CASH Annual Conference Registration Cancellation Policy The CASH Office must receive written notice of cancellation to Austin Thibodeau by fax, (916)448-7495, or email, athibodeau@m-w-h.com. • Before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025: Full refund • Before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025: Subject to a $250 cancellation fee • If not received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025: A refund will not be issued • Registrations made on or after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025, or no shows, are not eligible for refunds. By attending the CASH 46th Annual Conference on School Facilities you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19, and release CASH from liability for any injury or harm that may result by attending the Conference. CASH’s goal is to ensure a safe meeting environment. As such, you also agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures that CASH, the venue, the County health department, or the State of California may have in place during the Conference. You also agree to not to attend the Conference if you become ill, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, and follow the appropriate guidance with regard to COVID-19 exposure prior to or during the Conference.
